Customer Connect: Online Child Support Portal

Customer Connect is the California Child Support program’s secure online site for reliable information about your case. Log in anywhere, at any time to:

• Contact your caseworker
• Get your payment history
• See upcoming appointments
• Access documents
• View detailed case information, including amounts owed, court case numbers, and monthly assigned support

To set up your account, you will need to get a personal identification number (PIN). To get your PIN:

• Go to Customer Connect
• Click "Register" in the box at the top right
• Enter your first name, last name, and Child Support Participant ID
• Choose to receive PIN either by email or through the mail
• Once you have your PIN, use that and your Participant ID to sign in to Customer Connect

Information received and maintained by our office is confidential under the law. It cannot be released to anyone.

Our employees may discuss cases with only case participants and their attorneys. We are strictly prohibited from disclosing information about one parent/participant to the other.

We cannot provide specific case information to relatives or spouses of either party without a signed release to do so.
