Colusa, Sutter, and Yolo Counties joined their Child Support Departments to create a new Regional Child Support Agency (RCSA) on January 2, 2021.

The Colusa, Sutter, and Yolo Regional Child Support Agency was formed to increase efficiencies and serve families better than we could apart.

Our new team is made up of 65 employees managing about 11,000 cases serving over 9,600 children across the region.

Our Mission

The Colusa, Sutter and Yolo Regional Child Support Agency works with families to promote self-sufficiency and the well-being of children by establishing parentage and financial support.
